This 10-session program is designed to help you achieve better posture, release tension, and reduce swelling in key areas like your shoulders, neck, lower back, and pelvis. Each 30-minute video is easy to follow and packed with effective exercises that fit into your daily routine. Along the way, you’ll also reduce cellulite, ease neck and lower back pain, and strengthen your core to eliminate a protruding belly.
